KROM x IKIMASU HIROSHIMA
Ikimasu Hiroshima is a non-profit organization that helps victims of the heavy rain and floods that hit Hiroshima in 2018. The group, headed by Daisaku Takeuchi, voluntarily came together with shovels in hand to dig dried mud from places where flood debris remains, relieving sanitization issues in elderly households that the government did not have the capacity to handle.
Ikimasu means "will go" in Japanese, referring to their determination to answer every call for help. At the end of 2018, musicians and other creative minds came together for Ikimasu Rock Japan, a crowd-funded charity concert.
This kendama will be sold by Ikimasu Hiroshima to raise funds for their disaster relief activities.
